One thing I credit Fring for is being the pioneer in making VoIP possible on the iPhone/iPod Touch. Now, their making another milestone by making video calling possible as well.
It’s limited to one-way video calling though since the iPhone doesn’t come with a front-facing camera and the iPod Touch doesn’t even have one, but hey, it’s still a cool feature. Fring video calling is also now available on select S60 devices as well.
IK Multimedia has just released two new GrooveMaker packs for the iPhone/iPod Touch: the Techno and Trance packs.
The GrooveMaker Techno pack includes 4 songs (1 FREE song when you register), 140-150-160-180 BPM, and 315 loops (228 MB). The GrooveMaker Trance pack, meanwhile, features 4 songs (1 FREE song as well when you register), 140-150 BPM, and 351 loops (230 MB). Both GrooveMaker packs are now available at the App Store for $9.99 a piece.
If you’re still not familiar with the GrooveMaker app, you can read my full review at PMPToday, or if you’d like to try it out, there’s the basic pack that’s free to download. Full press release after the break.
IK Multimedia has already released their GrooveMaker app for the iPhone/iPod Touch, and I must admit, after doing a review of it for PMPToday, they’ve got quite an impressive nifty little app here.
The full review can be found here, but if you’d like to try it out rather than just read about it, you can download the free basic pack which comes with 1 song and 125 loops (iTunes link).
